With nearly a decade of experience in HR and Recruiting, Nick has dedicated his career to helping organizations grow and enhance their people strategies. Most recently, as an Executive Director of Business Development, Nick helped successfully build and scale a recruiting firm. Rapidly increasing revenue by 10x over a 3-year period. With this experience and his passion for building high-quality relationships, Nick co-founded Wells Street Growth.
Throughout his career, Nick has built an extensive network of investors, founders, executives, and strategic partners that provide the foundation of his talent ecosystem. Nick is an active Angel Investor and Advisor, working with early-stage companies across Tech, CPG/Consumer, Sports, and Crypto.
Nick graduated from the Gies College of Business at the University of Illinois, playing baseball in college and professionally. He now resides in downtown Chicago with his wife and dog.
Over the course of 15+ years in recruiting, Ben has led Client Delivery for a large national recruiting firm, and led corporate talent acquisition for a global IT services firm. Those experiences have reinforced the importance of understanding a new hire’s impact on a business and having real conversations with candidates within the recruiting process. Ben is obsessed with delivering a seamless experience for both hiring teams and candidates.
Prior to joining forces with Nick, launching Wells Street Growth, Ben was the Founder & Principal of The Singleton Group. There he proved the success of his unique methodology, supporting many different roles and organizations, while continuing to build an extensive network in IT and Tech.
Ben graduated from Carroll University, where he was a member of the golf team. He currently lives in Chicago with his wife and daughter.
Eric serves as an Advisor to Wells Street Growth bringing a wealth of knowledge, a consultative approach, and an executive lens to the team and clients.
Eric owns an alternative investment firm that strategically acquires, invests, and builds companies within the real estate, healthcare, and financial services space. Eric works closely with over a dozen public & private community organizations within Chicago, Cleveland, & Salt Lake City. Child nutrition, internet access, and affordable STEM education are a focal point of Eric’s time and financial commitment to under-supported areas and families.
Prior to launching his own Firm, Eric spent 12 years as Senior Vice President, Equity Trading Services at Goldman Sachs in New York. He then moved on to become Chief Operating Officer of Revantage, Blackstone’s Real Estate Corporate Services.
Eric graduated from Bucknell University and completed the Executive Education program at Wharton. He resides in Chicago with his wife and son.
